What if some of the items are unavailable? Occassionally, items listed in the product description may become unavailable. If this happens, we will contact you with options that also co-ordinate with your chosen theme. We will offer you a discount rate of 10% off on these and will only dispatch your goods when you are happy with the alternative. All this will be discussed prior to your payment.
What if something is missing or isn't as I expected? We are sure that the package we deliver will be the greatest asset to your party planning. If however, you are not completely satisfied with the party package in some way or something has been omitted or does not meet with your expectation, call immediately to let us know. We will arrange to have missing items delivered via express post with no cost to you. Where you believe an item has been described wrongly please contact us immediately to discuss a solution.
Can I get a refund or credit note? If you are not completely satisfied with your product. Return all items, preferably unopened in original packaging to receive a full refund if goods are faulty, damaged or not what you ordered. If you have simply change your mind you will need to return all items, preferably unopened, and you will be entitled to a credit note to the value of the package, to be used in three months.
